Prohibited Matters

The following actions are prohibited

1. Uploading files that are offensive to the law or public order and morals
2. Uploading of dangerous files such as computer viruses or malware
3. Uploading files that interfere with the operation of our services
4. Use of the service in connection with criminal activities
5. Actions that are intended to cause extreme load on the servers or networks
6. Other acts that are extremely harmful to the operation of the service

File Rights and Responsibilities

1. All files uploaded by users and all intellectual property rights contained therein shall remain the property of the user or rights holder
2. Uploaded files will only be published or transmitted within the scope of the service's nature and will not be used for any other purpose
3. Uploaded files will not be viewed by the administrator. However, this does not apply in the event that unauthorized use is reported or computer viruses are detected and an investigation is necessary
4. The user assumes all responsibility for the uploaded files to third parties and society

Disclosure of Information

We will not disclose the contents of uploaded files or user information to any third party, except in cases where disclosure is required by law

Disclaimer

1. We cannot guarantee any trouble in the communication path or the speed and quality of transmission and reception
2. The service may be unavailable for a period of time due to system maintenance
3. The service operator is not responsible for any disputes between users and third parties
4. Service contents and specifications are subject to change without notice
5. The service operator shall not be liable for any other damages
